I just wanted to let everyone know that this is NOT a legitimate freebie.
This is the message I received from the owner of this email address:
"I regret to inform you there is no free "Certified Computer Addict" Mousepad or "I Luv My Cats" Mousepad. I love cats/computers and getting goodies as much as you do. However I am simply another Yahoo group owner that someone has played a nasty trick on.
Could you please tell me what group/forum this was posted in and the group owner's name? If you got the information from a magazine, would you please send me contact information and date of that magazine. I just want to find out who did this to both of us, wasting your time and mine."
Just thought everyone should know this before responding.
