Full Version: Buslink Rebate Problems

I bought I buslink usb PCI card at BB. The rebate actually went to buslink. It's been well over 12 weeks and still haven't received anything. I have called and left messages on their voice mail extension and have web formed my info to them like 4 times. Each time I get some e-mail back stating that they will contact me in 2-3 business days. Each time I don't hear back from them.

Has anyone dealt with Buslink before who could offer some suggestions? Anyone know the e-mail address for the ceo? I am so sick of not getting an answer, that I am about to breath fire.

I haven't dealt with Buslink before, but if they have not honored the terms of the rebate, I find that a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, my state's Attorney General, and/or the FTC generally get the desired results.
