has anyone seen a deal on guitar hero

ugh. i hope this is for a kid; plastic guitars are for babies.

anyway, could you be more specific? I think there is a sequel. Also, it appears there are alternative controllers available

or you could just buy a real guitar eh? smile.gif

The best deal on GH2 was at toysrus before christmas (It was $60 for the bundle and a bonus von hellion skin). It hasn't been that cheap since then. I know buy.com had a google checkout deal, but I am not sure if they are doing it anymore. sad.gif

I would recommend guitar hero for those people who always wanted to play sabbath songs on guitar, but never had the ability! rocker.gif

I personally have tried guitar, but I am cursed with short fingers, so Guitar Hero is a great alternative. Guitar is one of the easier instruments to play if you are built for it.

fingers schmingers.

It is ironic that you mention sabbath, because Tony Iommi had messed his fretting hand up pretty badly; lost the tips of two fingers.

Personally, I recommend free clips like this, a tennis racquet, and some imagination.

Tony also had the ability to play before he lost the tips! - Plus my pinkies are messed up from years of percussion!
