SO... I want to get 12 inches cut off my hair & donate it, BUT, the LOL website no longer lists "participating salons." Does anyone know of any national chain-type salons that give free haircuts to LOL? I've called SO many local places and most don't even give a discount or anything!

GREAT CLIPS will cut your hair for free as long as you donate it and you have enough thats any great clips dona.leslie

well i have donated for 3 years now each time they took 11- 14 inches off i go to GREAT CLIPS i know FAMOUS HAIR did it too but not sure if they still do i would say try to find a GREAT CLIPS in your area

I want to do this too, maybe in the Spring. I cant say I'm not nervously anxious at the thought though, but I want to do it.

According to my knowledge, almost all hair salons know about Locks of love. I donated a little more than three feet of my hair. They're doing a very good job. Their website's a little outdated, but most people know about it, so you should be fine.
