msh11, I think sometimes a new web form looks like it already has my info (ie from a past entry), but I"m guessing the data field are marked by my os/browser somehow to indicate what they're for, so if you always enter Springfield, for example, on a new web form they may still suggest Springfield as the city. Just a guess...

You may have auto complete for web forms turned on in your browser.

In IE:
Click Tools > Internet Options
Click "Content" tab
Click "Auto Complete" button
