there is not record of them receiving my rebates. time to do some investigation & calling credit card company soon

where is my 80 + 60 = $140?

I called them Friday re: the $60. and $80. (I already got the $10), and they could find the $80. which is processed, but not the $60., so CS approved it and gave me a fax # to resubmit. I did...we'll see.

WHAT ARE U GUYS DOING ABT THIS REBATE?

After a couple of wasted calls to the rebate center in which neither of my rebates were found, I called CC corporate (1-800-THE-CITY) and spoke with someone in the Customer Service area - NOT the Rebate area. She checked into it, called me back, and lo and behold oth of my rebates mysteriously appeared, were validated, and she anticipates payment in my hand in 2-3 weeks. So - if you are still getting the rnaround, try that.

I just called up 1-888-292-0667. They said both my rebate records were received for the $80 and $60.

All i wanted to know. They confirmed that they were received, so they will send them out soon enough.

I happened to call yesterday about the $60. I had to RESUBMIT -mad- , but I had received the $10. and $80. around end of June or so. They told me yesterday it takes 4 weeks for it to be entered into the system from the time they get the fax, and so far it isn't showing. It was 4 weeks to the day yesterday and she requested me call back Monday and it should be in there by then. I'll be calling Monday morning, and if it's not there by then, then I'm taking JDMnAR's route. -mad-
