At Costco sodas are 21 cents a can near me, is there any place online where I can get that price and have it delivered? The cheapest I found was amazon and it was 29 cents a can.

You can routinely get it cheaper than that at the grocery store under the right combination of sales and coupons...

The current Target deal gives it to you for about .17 a can for Pepsi Products, and if you're in an area that qualifies for the GC deal, the price is basically cut in half. The CVS deal got me 5 12 packs for the cost of tax and a stamp...

Maybe you should check out the GC forum more often...

If you plan to buy lots of soda, check with your local distributors...they might cut you a deal...smile.gif

I somewhat recall OD had soda reasonable with free delivery (>$50) a few years ago. However, most vendors that supply restuarants or such want a few hundreds placed per order or a fee is added. Plus, the vast majority of commerical places have gone to a fountain system and a rack of small boxes does the job.

Around here, a business can still lease a soda machine and have stock delivered on a regular basic. Make good money in the warm weather, while come January it's in the red. A real hassle is that someone at the business must stock the machine and there is a pile of change to deal with. Finally, there are the worry that soda won't walk and it's is profitable.

Why is it important to have soda delivered? The weight is a real negative. Right now Target has an offer of (4) 12 packs of Pepsi for $10 and one gets a $5 GC. Also K-Mart in my area has Pepsi, (5) 12 packs @ $10 this week.

But just for this week couldn't you make 10 visits to Target???... rolleyesold.gif

Back to reality...I've worked for small offices and the Pepsi truck would deliver maybe 4 flats (24 cans) a week to us...I don't know what the price was because that was handled @ the main offices, but employees paid .25 a can...smile.gif

I'm in IT department, I already did 3 trips to Costco and I'm not going to be breaking my back at my early 20s by carrying sodas from costco to office, that's why I'm looking at delivery.

Darn youngster, you make me feel like I got one foot in the grave. To save your back, why not get hold of a dolly (hand cart) and wheel the soda from your vehicle to the office.

So are these trips to Costco on the clock? wink.gif

Costco delivers to offices if you order enough, add some snacks for the workers and save your back.

Umm Georgi, listen to Kar. Target has a deal this week on Pepsi buy 4 12 pk, get a $5 gift card. So, this is $10 per case and umm a $5 GC for you. Go to the car, go back in the store, rinse and repeat. Bring a body with you and make it faster. If you are paying and selling at a profit, it works out to $5 for 48 cans or 10¢ each (after your initial $10 investment, less if you find the pack with peel-off coupons). If you are selling them for profit, you've made a lot.

If this is a one-time-shot, rinse and repeat hand the CRTs in for reimbursment and you made $5 per every two cases.

Unless you are independently wealthy, it may be worth a bit of effort on your part this month (600/12 = 50 12 pks /4 = 13 trips into Target and a $65 profit for you.

Next month get the delivery. tongue.gif

I know this is an old post but I found these guys in NYC that will do Free delivery and also work out free delivery to other cities for large bulk orders. We have an office in NY and ATL, Ask for Fred or buy soda online here. The company is Mitchells NY and they compete against amazon for beverage delivery nationwide.

Haha funny thread to bring back and funny how I happened to be subscribed too. Days of having to buy soda are all gone now, I'm manager now, make way over double and best of all no soda trips to Costco. tongue.gif

Amazing how things change in 3.5 years!

That is true, I remeber an early company in NYC called Urban Fetch. They were trying to do what the big boys are doing now and nobody really got it. It was a shame, they had good deals and free delivery for anything you can think of....times have changed.
