I think there will be additional recalls from other manufacturers that used Sony manufactured batteries. I think Sony is going to take a big hit from this, as well as the PC manufacturers.

The laptop makers like dell, apple, etc use many different battery manufacturers. Sony is just one of the companies they have used.
i'm guessing laptop makers switch based on the deals and quantity they can get from the battery manufacturers.
