Get a job @ Lamps Plus...

Looking over at Casablanca web site, there is a mention of authorized dealers. So get a good deal somewhere and that lifetime warranty might not be honored. Most folks I know go with ceiling fans that cost under $100 on sale.

If it's going to be "on" most of the time, you are not really going to be able to show it off like you think. Other people won't even notice. Get something for under $100 at HD IMHO.

Now if you have some Star Wars room and it's part of a serious theme, well, then, hmmmmm

I looked at the Windward II in it's various colors and the Hunter models that are similar at HD a few weeks back. If you keep an eye on the HD sales they routinely get marked down to the $119-$139 range for the mre expensive Hunters. I finally got the wife to decide on which one to get and went back in on a Sunday to get it, but alas the extra 20% off had ended on Saturday.
