Just thought I would bring this to everyone's attention. Haven't read the full fineprint to offer any insight.

The Tools & Hardware store has had 110% price matching for quite a while now.

Here's a deal I posted back in 2003, that not only took advantage of the 110% PM, but also had them honor a Lowes 10% coupon.

Good tip, though it seems to me that Amazon.com always has the lowest prices, especially when they have sales.

These two exclusions for one exclude Sams Club and CostCo and secondly requires B&M location.

I guess you need to find some smaller chains for price matching, can't believe that Home Depot or Loewes run specials often that beat Amazon. I might be wrong of course

How do gift certificates come into it?

They should have nothing to do with it. Gift cards and gift certificates are legal tender and not a reduction in cost.
