Well now it is so slow and can't figure out what he has done. Any idea on how to get pages to load faster. I am on dail up.

Could be that he cleaned out your temp files, internet cache and maybe the prefetch folder. That would make it take longer to load web pages from scratch rather than just updating the cached version.

Check that you still have the same amount of RAM that you did before, I've seen where on a low RAM machine the repair person took out the RAM and put in a bigger stick to work on the machine and then forgot to reinstall the original memory when they took the big stick out, or maybe it isn't inserted all the way.

Get and run AdAware and Spybot S&D to check that no new programs have been added. See HERE to find links to download them.
