Specifically: got a Samsung A900, can I somehow populate the address book without typing in every name? And how do I transfer pics/videos using bluetooth from phone to PC, what gadgets do I need?

Finally, any cool gadgets that can take over car speaker system when somebody calls if I somehow connect phone to car through tape deck?

I'm really behind the times on this, heh.

Thx.

You can store numbers in a cell phone? WOW! What'll they think of next?

(My daughter programs my cell phone. Today I called my son. Got my daughter. "Dad," she sighed, "you did it wrong. You might want to read that manual that came with your phone some day.")

Kids these days....

Oh, I use the speakerphone feature alot too. Wears down the battery pretty fast, so I got me one of them fancy car chargers. I still haven't found a holster or belt clip I like, so I usually keep it in my pocket...then it randomly dials numbers when the keypad is pressed while I'm walking around biggrin.gif Sometimes I'll keep it in my shirt pocket, but it can fall out. I can drop that thing on the floor 3X a day. I usually keep it on vibrate because, well, you know, I keep it in my pocket bumdrool.gif lol.gif

And I quote Mrs. Alan: "Do you want me to call you AGAIN?!"

there's a bunch of stuff you can do with bluetooth depending on the software that came with your fone. by default you should be able to synch to your address book on your computer. outlook is a software windows directly supports synching with.

also, you should be able to access the fotos you took (if you have a camera fone), as well as upload new ringtones and wallpapers.

one of the coolest thing is the bluetooth headset where you can have your fone in your pocket and just tap your headset to receive calls. of course you won't be able to see who's calling.
