I have a rewards number. I have linked it to my online account, but when I go to place an order, at the "submit order" page, the delivery charge is still in there. Am I doing something wrong?

I have even tried entering another card number in the order, but it doesn't zero out the delivery either.

Do they refund shipping later on or something?

Call the Rewards Number - they should be able to fix things for you. They have been screwed up as the year has passed and they set up for the new year.

This happened to me before.

I had to make several calls before they finally fixed the problem. For now, after placing an order, just shoot them an email or use the live chat feature, and they'll take care of it.

Live Chat is not for Rewards - call this number - 1-800-793-3320 during business hours.

For some completely idiotic reason, Staples completely removes the link to live chat when it's not available. They don't even mention it when it's not available. Not even a little message like "Unavailable. Come back later!". I don't know what web programming genious decided on that design.

Probably the same one responsible for them having to pull down the new site 2 or 3 times before it was finally stable enough to leave there. bang.gif
