Ralphs is selling these Pria bars 4 for $3 and I have two $1 coupon which supposed to double to $4, that's mean I should get the bars for free and get $1 for taking them off the shelves.

I'm confused to why the manager at my local Ralphs refused to give me the cash I supposed to make from using two $1 coupons. The manager kept telling me that they don't give cash back, never have and never will. I know this is total BS because I've gotta cash for buying stuff with double coupons before.

I hope someone can understand my late night jibberish. Opinion needed please.
