I have been trying to pay my bill online for the past 3 weeks. I continue to get errors and errors, forcing me to navigate their pay-by-phone system tongue.gif

Anyone else have this problem?

Paid mine last week I think. No problems here - even with FF when I allow java.

same for me. I've been paying by phone ever since.

the csr claimed it's a known issue, but they don't know how long it will take to fix.

I use my bank's OBP instead of AMEX's to pay the bill...

No problems. I paid one card on the 2nd and another today.

same, knock on wood, no problems so far. i just scheduled a payment for this week, a few days ago.

however, i have had amex problems with some new swipe POS at the grocery stores. grrr. it is only amex that there are problems and their old POS did not have issues.

I happened to have the same errors over and over again from the 29th on. I called up customer service when I'd had about enough and was yelling from the get-go at them. They told me they are working on some things on the website and they didn't know how long it would produce errors. I told him that paying a bill shouldn't produce this much grief, especially considering how much they push doing it online to you, not to mention entering your card number on the dialpad, then them asking for it again-and again grrr. I got a $50. courtesy credit and he took my payment over the phone. banana.gif

Had I known this was happening to anyone else I would have posted!

Thanks msh11, I need to move some money around to pay my business AMEX bill, I'll try your tip next week once that's all set.
