OMG, I got this today. But the smell is so strong through the pacakging that I had to put it out in the garage... and now the garage stinks. I can't even get close enough to it to figure out what exactly it is.

mine actually had some small cracks in it. it was leaking. im not sure if that's why yours had such a strong odor. it is a rather strong smell. i didnt even bother to plug mine in....it's stinking enough.

Yup, mine leaked too. I bravely went into the garage to retrieve the coupon booklet, but it is all wet and smelly. The whole box is going into the trash.

I hope you are going to let p&g/homemade simple know...after all, weren't you charged $0.00 for this??? ....I would tell them anyway, as this offer seems like a cheap way to do a test market...and when you tell them that even if the thing was the last air freshener on earth, and your (fill in the blank) was suffering from major gastric distress, would you use that product....

I got mine last week or so and the smells are actually very nice once it
is plugged in. It was a little leaky in the box but after installation no leaks.
I wish I could get another free one for basement.

I received this, but the smell was bad, and wayyyy too strong, even after I plugged it in. I may buy a refill of different scents, and try it again. I'm pretty disappointed in this product, so far, but love the Febreeze air freshener sprays, and Scentstories machine. Nice coupons included, though.
