Both cards give the usual 10k ThankYou points good for a $100 GC to Target, Staples, Home Depot, Circuit City, etc. The only possible keeper here is the Diamond Preferred Amex, the 'Platinum' doesn't seem to offer any bonuses that make it worth keeping IMO.
