I sent in 3 rebates for pc connection printers & was told there were no upcs included(they were there!) In the last 2 months, they managed to find two of the upcs but not the third; "unfortunately" they were 'found' after the acceptance date.

After 12 phone calls, including talking to a manager, I need to do something to get the rebates - I saw a post about the better business bureau somewhere, but can't find it when I need it -does anyone have any ideas? These are $70 rebates each.

Filing Complaints Against a Company/Retailer, Includes Rebate Processing

I've been waiting since February for Amazon to make good on a T-Mobile $200 rebate. Just got off the phone with them again, they promised to reimburse me within 2-3 weeks. I heard that same thing almost 2 months ago.

Maybe it's time to take them to small claims court.

Always keep copies so you can fax them one as proof

I have copies & have offered to fax then several times -they insist that i have the original upcs and need to send them in. Today she told me they have to be postmarked by Oct. 21 ; not quite sure how I'm going to manage that since they have them there already
