I'm interested in purchasing the HP 7350 photo printer at Circuit City to qualify for a $50 HP combo rebate. I noticed that circuitcity.com sells the printer for $179.99 with $30 GC via MIR while B&M sells the printer for $179.99 with instant $30 GC.

Now, I want to use Amex BVG to buydig.com at $155. Instant GC is of course better than waiting 5-6 weeks for it in the mail. Any idea how the GC will show up on the receipt and if Amex will take offense to it?

just so you know, if you go buy the printer @ B&M CC, you will still be paying $179.99, but you will get the $30 GC to use on another purchase at CC.. not sure if you knew that, but I didnt and I was kinda pissed when I found out.

Yeah I know that and I'm cool with it. I've already over $600 in CC GCs which I'm collecting for a major purchase.

I just want to know if BVG will still go through since I can't use coupons at CC. Unfortunatelt Staples has not been offering any rebates on HP photo printers for a while now.
