has anyone had a wendy's frosty before? any good?

Frosty Jrs are a chocolate soft-serve ice cream in a cup. You can eat them with a spoon, or wait a bit & use a straw [then they are like a super thick choc shake].

the great thing about wendy's is that I'm not a soda drinker, but they will substitute a Frosty for drink when you get a combo meal! I just drink water and get a free dessert!

Any particular reason for this promotion? I don't live near a Wendy's but will drive to one if there is such a promotion! (will HAVE to buy lunch/dinner there to make the trip worth it, but hey -- free dessert!)

Did anyone get their delicious Frosty yet?

The weather is awful here at the moment. I'm kinda not wanting to leave the house just yet.

They were practically pushing these at folks. No matter what anyone ordered, the cashiers repeatedly asked if the customer would like a Free Frosty Jr. Got mine, but didn't have to order anything. The Frosty Jr was just under 6 fl oz.

one question. Their drive-thru is open late. Can you just cruise on up to the window and get one, or do you have to actually go inside?

I wasn't alone, and we weren't sure if we could get more than one at the drive-thru, so we went inside.

I totally forgot when I went to Wendy's yesterday. The lady was so nice and reminded me to get my free frosty!

These reports show that Wendy's really is a nice place. Don't get misled by the severed finger mania.

I have been picking them up at the drive thru. Got 5 onthe way home last night and another five an the way home this afternoon. They are not giving them out in the Jr size cup though, they are using an overgrown dixiecup. The Jr is usually in the kids size drink cup.

They were a lot better years back when they were really made of malted ice cream like a real Frosty Malt. Now it's just a flavored ice milk like substance.

When we were kids we'd go bike riding with Dad and always end up at the Buffalo ice cream parlor and all get frosty malts before heading home for dinner (where Mom would yell at Dad for giving all the kids frosty malts before dinner).

My son works at Wendys. They call him in to work extra hours today because if this.

I hit a few Wendy's when I was out shopping today. I actually stopped and went in. I didn't know you could just drive thru and not buy anything. I know they are supposed to, but it still seems like a favor, and I am used to asking people for favors, not intercoms.

One store asked how many I wanted! The worker was just really distracted I guess and probably figured I had some people with me. I was good and said "just one, please."

Besides, I'm trying to get in shape for summer and I don't really eat a lot of junk food.

Went for my final round of Frosty last night. I pulled up the drive-thru, you can ask for up to 5 per car.

However, they were all out of Frosty mix. So I got 5 free vouchers instead!
