You plan on overclocking that bad boy? If not, a $12 Coolermaster will work well.

no OC, just need one that doesnt make so much noise that is cheap.

You probably dont want the HS/Fan in your link then. I have a Thermaltake Volcano 9 and the fan is quite loud, but it does its job.
