My friend is trying to apply for AMEX Blue and wonder if there's any site that give rebate back.

Yes, one of the sites I use will give you $20 back. Good enough?

several options:

1)
get both a citi dividend card and a citi platinum select card. the dividend card gives you a 1% cash back, the platinum select gives you a $50 signup bonus after 3months if you spend $100. after you get ur $50, merge the two into a dividend card.

2)
amex blue should give you $20 cash shortly after you order, although I'm not sure how to guarantee this. after you get your $20, you'd want to call and switch to an AMEX blue cash.

I generally see these deals on coffee cooler thingees around campus, and from bums trying to get me to sign up for CCs
