Thanks to all here I should be able to overcome.

For $30 Casio Disc Title Printer CW-100, ExpressGroup denied me for no original UPC.

Rebate form clearly states copy is fine.

With what I have learned here, thanks, I had made copies of everything and filed them away. Sent the docs again, now wait and see.

The rebate houses seem to clearly deny to increase margins.

I have the will to overcome. wink.gif

Instead of mailing everything in, just call them at 800-741-1365 and explain that the rebate form states that a copy is acceptable. They may simply validate your rebate right then over the phone.

Good luck! smile.gif

Hmmm.

What was their excuse for not accepting a UPC copy when the form clearly says that a copy is acceptable?

Are you actually mailing in the original UPC? If not, then why do they want you to mail everything back in? Also, did you make copies of your copies before mailing them in?
