Couple of question for anyone who might know:
1. Is this legit?
2. They send you a postage-prepaid envelope, and you send them your DVDs... is this before or after the actual trial (...what happens if they lose? Do you get the DVDs back?)
3. Anyone else actually doing this?

1. Yes
2. This is the settlement of a class-action suit. This is being done to avoid a trial.
3. Sure, why not? Unless you want to try suing them yourself, you might as well get some money or a new DVD.
