I've read rumors that they should go to 75% off on holiday clearance on Jan. 2nd, and 90% off on Jan 7th.

Although as always, YMMV

I think it is usually day 4 75% (which would be Wed), day (6 or 7) 90%. Cary Target was loading up a lot today though, which I usually see the day before 75%

I know alot happens on tuesday and also last year they went fairly early. I am going to go at lunch today and see whats up. I do remember it has gone down on New years before.

Concord, NH checking in at 75% as of yesterday, but not sure WHEN they went 75%, so that means unsure of WHEN they'll go 90...I'll 'assume' they could have gone on Sunday and give them 2 days, and check again this afternoon and tomorrow.

I think this week it is going to be 75 % off . Anyone knows what is the schedule categorywise .....

I just know I was in about 4 Targets yesterday and they all went to 75% on Sunday and as of last night picking’s were pretty darn slim!

One of my buys broke last night and I don't think I 'll find a replacement =( it was one of the really pretty wine glasses with gold rim top. I have found a bunch of the plain one's for my friend, they keep putting them away in the regular house wares department =)

Lots of good stuff on clearance - not necesarily christmassy (beef jerky, fragrance sets, little girls makeup sets, certain toys - hidden throughout the store)...goes to 90% off Friday.

Confirmed here in NH. I was one of only a few people venturing out in the storm a little bit ago, and overheard several employees asking and confirming w/each other that it would go 90 tomorrow (I don't think they knew I was in the other aisle), and saying they would wait to make their purhcases until then. Guess I know where I'll be at 8am tomorrow morning!

75% clearance item aisle was empty by Monday.

Only manage to buy M&M at 0.64 each.

try other targets i was at some today with 4 isles of xmas left.

We only have one target. That's about 20-30 minutes drive. The nearest Target is still under passive construction.

You can buy the Christmas red and green M&M's and separate out the red ones for Valentines Day and the Green ones for St. Patrick's day. They freeze very well.

I did go this afternoon, wish I hadn't just started a new job or I would have just calle din late!! But i still found the dishes, paper ribbons and stockings I wanted. Almost got this awsome tree but an employee grabbed it first

bumping for info on Toy Dept...anyone got anything yet? Today is Weds, but here in Concord, NH, they were playing the markdown game YESTERDAY to 50%. A little bit at 75, but only 1 or 2 items.
