I bought the Turbotax Bundle that OM was offering on BF, it came with a credit card size camera. The $20.00 rebate from OM (goes to El Paso) requires both original UPCs. Turbotax also has a rebate for the price of the State Turbotax + $10.00 for the Federal...
Obviously I will submit the higher rebate (Turbotax's) with the original UPC... or are there any alternatives I have not thought about?

OM will usually accept a copy of a UPC code - put a note in that original was needed for another rebate. There is usually no problem.

From previous year, there is the upc as well as a "proof of purchase" tab. You know where the upc is. The proof of purchase tab was one of the 4 tabs from the top, inside flap. I don't know about this years version. The proof of purchase would be for the turbotax rebate. The upc would be for the store rebate.

edit - proof of purchase is one of 3 tabs, not 4. Box does not have 4 flaps.
