Full Version: Free T-shirt from Monster for first 250
Did this work for anyone else? I filled out the form completely and when I hit the submit button, it came back to the form (blank). No confirmation or anything. I'm probably just too late on the deal!
Same problem here, I even tried to going back and filling in the 2nd line for address (required???... most people don't have that) and still got a blank form pop up after I hit submit.
