Interesting...we actually have a Curves over to the county seat, but I've never darkened their doorstep...and most of the 7/11's around here have closed...too much competition from Casey's General Store, I guess.
i have noticed more and more curves popping up at the smaller strip malls. 7/11s... those are still too dangerous for me to think about franchising. while a kumon.. i might be interested and only 9.3k... that is doable. thanks for the link!

I was thinking the same thing. Am interested in a Kumon as well.. am a bit surprised at not seeing Subway or Quiznos in the list.
I looked around a bit, but couldn't see any criteria they used for the rankings?!
Stay away from any Home Cleaning franchise, my 2 cents.

Those are actually very successful in resort areas for rental turnover. If you are a good businessperson and the franchise is reasonable and reputable, theres no reason not to look into it for the profitable regions.

Curves is all the talk around here. The ladies around here love it. Sounds like a unique concept, sorry I missed out on that oppty, they just opened up one nearby and it looks like it's doing great.
