1.0 ARGH! I just wrote this bad boy up with pritty much every RUP on the net and accidently hit shift backsapce and went back on my browser! When I get more time i'll elaborate on this and add to some of the other retail resources. For now its going to be a brief resource.

I. What is an RUP?
Its a Retail Use program. People who are employed to a retail store who sells electronics can enter into a Retail Use Program. It basically is a way for those epmloyees to get discounted merchandice for selling their stuff. Some are giveaway contests, some are MIR deals and others are prizes.
II. Who can do this?
Anyone who I employed at a place that Retails electronics. Great examples are Fry's, Staples, Best Buy, Circuit City, Office Max, Wal Mart, Target.
DISCLAIMER: Not everyone maybe elligable for all programs, so YMMV! Even if you work at a store that retails electronics. Also be sure to check out the terms and conditions of the site and the rules and polices before signing up.
III. RUP Programs:

Take quizzes, earn points, get huge MIRs on HP products. Good on pritty much all current HP products, you buy them at a retail store, send the UPC and a copy of a pay stub. Figure about 10k points for a $50 MIR and 3k points for one monthly quiz. Usually 3 or more monthly quizzes archived for points, $50 mir for a couple simple quizzes.
The Rebate goes to Mesa, AZ. I have had only one problem with the rebates, but have never failed to get a rebate back. The last one for my camera, I just got and it was the quickest one yet. *STACKABLE*

Take quizzes get prizes from their huge 44 page prize list. Goodies include gift certificates, power tools, jewelry, electronics. Points for prizes, NOT contests.
Im still waiting to get enough points for a footlocker gift cert.

What an easy deal here. Take 3 quizzes. (one for october november and december), get a 100% on each and recieve a coupon for $150 MIR off ANY Epson product (Hardware only, printers, scanners, projectors etc.). If the product is less than $150, you get the price you paid for the printer. Things like instant giftchecks or free things could make this deal EXTREMELY HOT. Basically you could get a free product (tax on msrp) and something free. Perhaps, if Epson participates with the eRebates (online no upc rebates) those could be stacked as well.

Home of several crappy contrests, does have its high points. Those include Symantec and AMD. Symantec you do a few quizzes and ger some NFR software, and AMD has the yearly bundle. The last one was AMD Athlon 64 + mobo + assembly + far cry + t-shirt for $280 - $100 MIR

Take quizzes get points. 7k points + $199 can get you a Pentium 4 550 + mobo and Windows XP Professional. Easy stuff. Keep in mind this is only yearly.

Not EXACTLY a RUP, but i'll include it none the less. There are selling tools, and printable buisness cards for you to hand out instore, so hopefully you can get credit for people you sell validating their palms. Alot of times theres a free game to use to bribe people into validating their palm in your name, in such cases you can earn points for gift certificates or airline miles.

NO QUIZZES NO HASSLE! Just go to their store, choose what you want a check out. decent deals on kodack new and refurb cameras. However you can opt to take kodak quizzes and read their info for your own selling benefit but its strictly optional.
Be patient, good deals are a pain to get, but worth all the saved money. Questions comments concerns? pm me. Keep in mind this is a work in progress and continual efforts.
