DH needs a poncho for walking up to the rec each morning. he already has a windbreaker, but needs something like a poncho to cover head to shin. i suggested cutting some holes in a trash bag, but he didn't like that idea!

we're not wanting to spend more than $30 or so if possible, and would prefer a B&M store. since he can't see it's better for him to go and feel it and try it on in person.

it needs to be big enough that he can wear it over his heavy coat in the winter if necessary.

so far i've tried oshmans and burlington coat factory w/o success, and am on my way to llbean's site

The dollar stores near here also have these- for 1 dollar. you could get quite a few (they were made like the ones you buy in Disney) and throw them out after a few uses if need be.
