1.ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50)
states of the United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older onthe date of entry. 2. TIMING:
Sweepstakes will commence the first day of each month at 12:01:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), and end on the last day of each month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST, the “Promotion Period”. From all eligible Internet entries received, ten (10) winners will be selected for the Barely there Giveaway on or about the fifth day of each month and will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of the drawing.


3. TO ENTER:
No purchase or payment is required to enter. To enter, visit Sponsor's Web site at
www.barelythere.com and fill out the entry form completely. You will be asked to provide your name, your address, your zip code, and your e-mail address. Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form and click the "Submit/I Agree" button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period. More than one (1) entry from any e-mail address will void all entries from that address.


4. DRAWING:
Each Entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. On or aboutthe fifth day of each month, ten (10) potential winners will be selected for the Barely there Sweepstakes in a random drawing from all eligible Internet entries under the supervision of the Sponsor's Web Site personnel whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Internet entries received. Selected winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of the drawing, or as soon as practical thereafter. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received.


5. PRIZES:
The winners of the Barely there Sweepstakes will received one (1) Body Revolution lined bra (Approximate Retail Value: $24.00). The actual color and style will be determined by the Sponsor, subject to availability. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.


6. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of
Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of Notification. Failing to do so will disqualify said potential winner and another entrant will be selected at random from all eligible Internet entries. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected at random from all eligible Internet entries. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREESTHAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. 7. PERSONAL DATA:
Sponsor will only use data about entrants obtained from the Sweepstakes entry forms for the administration of the Sweepstakes and for Sponsor's own market research. By clicking the "Submit/I Agree” button on the on-line registration, you agree to such use of the personal data, which will be kept at Sponsor's premises in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.


8.MISCELLANEOUS:
All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
