I know Amex was giving out 20000 membership rewards points a while back for signups. But i haven't really seen anything through Amex lately.

The best offers for me alway seem to be one's in the mail. Like the zero percents for 1 year promos.

Amazon has a decent rewards program 1 percent back for purchases. 3 percent back for Amazon purchases. They also give you a $30 Amazon GC for signing up.
