i've seen those "information only" a few times on ebay for a variety of different items. I never bothered to purchase one, but i am very curious to see what kind of information it is...although i do think it's a scam

I mostly wonder how those sellers can have positive feedback and don't get funds taken by paypal since I'm sure SOME ppl have not been able to successfully get the deal that that was advertised.

As I understand it, the information given is almost invariably a pyramid scheme. It's brilliant, not only do they have people signing up under them in the pyramid, but those people are paying for that right!
