I'm not joking. I did attempt to PM with BB on the printer and maybe the CSR got confused. With planned rebates, to include the 6000z, I'm at a buck and change. :D

What I forgot to bring up over the phone was the $30 gift card on the printer. The web site mentions the card is for 2/9 -2/26, except the print out rebate form states valid last week.

The OM rebate booklet says for HP DJ5550 $30 OM gift card rebate valid 1/26-2/01, 2/9-2/15, 2/16-2/22 so you should be fine.

I was basing my concerns just from reading the downloadable rebate form. The nearest OM B&M is about 125 miles from me. Well at least, I got a Staples B&M within driving distance; it's only 38 miles.
