Anyone else can't open their ftp acct on 1and1?

Just tried and it's working.

My 1and1 account works also.

I got in just fine too.

Before I wasn't even getting the login window, now I get the login window, but it doesn't open the folder...

I tried to ftp from command prompt, and it lets me in, but once I press ls it just hangs.

I still cannot access my ftp account!!

I was able to open it from work, and I can also access my school ftp account from home... So

what ftp client are you using? try using a ftp client like flashfxp and then messing around passive mode.

settings are in options -> prefs ->proxy tab or something close to that for flashfxp. they have a trial version if you odn't already have it

Thanks! Downloaded FlashFXP and it opened perfectly! I still have no clue why IE doesn't work... Don't know why command line ftp doesn't work either... But oh well... Thanks, n99nyrwg
