A number of people on this and other forums have been complaining about delays in getting their rebates from Columbia.

We are putting together a "group" complaint which will include the names of everyone who has not received his rebate. If Columbia does not respond, we will escalate the issue to the FTC.

If you have been victimized in this way by Columbia, for purchases made at Frys Electronics or Outpost.com, please PM me with your email address.

I will send you instructions on how to perfect your claim.

I had several Columbia Telecommunications rebates outstanding for over 9 months (this was before Columbia used TCA for rebate processing). Long story short: I filed a complaint w/ the New York BBB, and once they sent a letter to Columbia, I received payment shortly thereafter.
