How come website logos occassionally show up where the IE logo usually is in the address box?
I'd swear it has something to do with accidentally moving my cursor while typing in the address box.

It's called a favicon. If a website doesn't have one it will be the default IE logo, otherwise it will be replaced by whatever specified by in the web page.

I read somewhere that if the favicon doesn't appear on a web page, if you click and drag the IE icon to the far right of the address bar and release the favicon will show back up. I have done it but it only works on some sites. I just tried it now on BS and nothing happened.
Update, I just tried again and this time released the IE icon on the GO button on the right side of the address bar and the BS favicon appeared. So give it a try.

Cool! That worked!
But it went away when I clicked on another thread.
Dragging and dropping the IE icon on the Go button didn't work for me
If www.bargainshare.com is in your favorites the favicon will show up everytime you visit B$ hompage (not other parts of B$ but I think it's something TG can change).
