Full Version: When is the Christmas peak for Ebay?

I thought now would be a good time to put some of my stockpyle on the market. There are still a couple weeks before Christmas where you could purchase something and actually get it delivered and wraped before Santa makes his appearance.

When I started checking values on Ebay it seemed dead. Only a few low bids or many items with no bids at all. I haven't sold anything in a couple months. It this what ebay has evolved to or is it just the phase of the season? If it is the phase of the season does anyone know when it picks up? When does the feeding frenzy return?

TIA

At these prices I might actually bid on something! (just kidding)

I just starting dimping things on this past Sunday, and had strong results. Sold four items using BIN, and even had someone contact me before I listed two items and they bought those before they were even posted. I am starting to empty things out now.

I even got rid of all my Spongebob units this past week smile.gif

Buy It Now items are very good sellers if your Buy It Now corresponds to current going rate or even a little more. It's about this time of the year that people rush and try to get the things that they should've bought way earlier in the year and realize that they can't because their stores are sold out of all the hot items.

I am just about sold out of all of my items that I put up on eBay. Only recently (past 2-3 days) have I started getting a lot more activity than I've seen. I have gotten a few inquiries about getting items in time for Christmas. My response is to check out the Buy It Now items that I have posted for a faster purchase experience. angel_not.gif
