I have a Symantec End Point Protection on this outlook account. Almost everytime I attach something to a email it will come back with a Symantec Email Proxy, and it says resend through sent email and it still comes back. I’ve called Symantec and have been on the phone with them over 8 hours at various times in the last month. Today it over 2 hours, and they said they don’t know what to do.

any suggestions short of turning off norton?
Alan
Disable the Outlook plug-in (also called an add-in). Google - disable outlook symantec plug-in - or similar term. The process to disable a plug-in/add-in is different depending on the version of Outlook you have.

ok so in outlook there will be a norton plugin?
Alan
Yes. It can be disabled from within Outlook or the security program itself. You'll need to search on how to do this as different versions have different methods. Step by step instructions should be easy to find.
