4. Prizes/Odds: Five (5) Grand Prizes - A $2,800 Gift Card from Merry Maids® good for a year’s worth of house cleaning services. Service is every other week (28 weeks) for $100. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If winner cannot comply with all requirements or accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds are issued for any unused portion of the gift card. Gift cards are only good for residential (non-commercial) services within the United States. Restrictions may apply in some states. Gift cards can be combined with coupons and promotional discounts. Valid on existing residential services purchased through local, participating service providers, but cannot be applied to recurring services which are prepaid. Since gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, it is recommended that you store this gift card in a secure place. The face value of your gift card will be applied to all costs incurred as part of your order, including estimates, pricing, delivery, services, products, and taxes. Any amount in excess of the face value of the gift card must be paid directly to the provider. Any other use constitutes fraud. If there is not a Merry Maids service in your area of residence, Gift Card may be used on other ServiceMaster brands. If winner does not live in a market served by Merry Maids, a gift card good for other ServiceMaster services will be provided. If the winner does not live in an area served by any ServiceMaster brands, the winner will receive a cash prize at the discretion of the contest sponsor.
