I was looking around on Amazon today and noticed a link to "Leave Packaging Feedback" under "More Order Actions" on the My Account page.

I don't remember ever having any poorly packaged shipments from them, but it's interesting that they're letting people rate their packaging now.

If you've had bad packaging experiences with them within the past 60 days, maybe this will help improve it.

Entering Your Packaging Feedback

1. Visit www.amazon.com/packaging-feedback
2. Review the list of shipments for orders placed within the past 60 days.
3. Click the Leave Packaging Feedback button next to the shipment.
4. Fill in ratings and answers to questions. You'll also have the option to upload a photo of your shipment.
5. Click the Done button.

Editing or Adding a Photo to Feedback You've Left

You can update any completed feedback or add a photo within 60 days of placing your order.

1. Visit www.amazon.com/packaging-feedback
2. Click the "View your feedback" link next to the shipment you wish to change.
3. Make changes and click the Done button.

Identifying Eligible Shipments

Orders placed within the past 60 days and shipped by Amazon.com will appear on the Packaging Feedback page. Orders placed with third-party sellers on Amazon.com or orders marked as gifts won't appear in the list.

I wish lego.com had that; I always get a few damaged lego sets in my orders due to poor packaging tongue.gif

also their recycled boxes are flimsy

I know what you mean, they can be kind of flimsy...but hey, at least they are recycled smile.gif
