It took me several tries to figure this out -- but I am usually pretty slow at things:

When you enter the site there is highlighted text that says Life Savings
Pamper yourself with free offers from Lifetime.

The end of the text was highlighted. Clicked on that. Then a list of free offers came up and there was a box to the right that said Maybelline. I clicked on the box and a form popped up. I filled it in and submitted and it brought me back to the main lifetimemag.com page.

It didn't say thank you or anything but I figured since I was able to input my address that I may have gotten in. <fingers crossed>

It says the next one is October 27th.
