MaxPerks Program Rules
MaxPerks certificates can be used toward OfficeMax® purchases.
In order to earn MaxPerks certificates, you will need to show your MaxPerks card (which will be issued to you after you activate your enrollment) when you make a purchase* at any of our nearly 1,000 stores nationwide.
If you're shopping on-line on our Web site -- www.officemax.com site-over the phone or faxing in an order, all you need to do is provide your MaxPerks member number when you place your order.
We will keep track of your purchases and then send you a detailed statement at the end of the quarter along with any MaxPerks Merchandise Certificates you may have earned.

MaxPerks (businesses) Earning Structure
As a MaxPerks member, if you purchase at least $300 worth of qualifying* merchandise during a calendar quarter, you will receive 1% to 2% of those qualified purchases in the form of MaxPerks certificates! The earning structure is as follows:
$300 to $1,000 in purchases = 1% in OfficeMax Merchandise Certificates
$1,001 to $2,500 in purchases = 1.5% in OfficeMax Merchandise Certificates
$2,501 and up in purchases = 2% in OfficeMax Merchandise Certificates (no earnings cap)
There is no cap on your earnings per quarter.

MaxPerks for Teachers Earning Structure
When you use your MaxPerks for Teachers card, you will earn $10 for every $75 spent on eligible* OfficeMax products.
In order to receive a MaxPerks for Teachers Certificate, the teacher must earn a minimum of $10 per quarter.
There is a $100 earning cap per year.

MaxPerks Program Credit Exclusions
*Purchases of computer hardware, software and peripherals are not eligible toward earning MaxPerks merchandise credit. However, you can still use your earned MaxPerks merchandise certificates on these items or any item OfficeMax carries.
OfficeMax.com Specialty Shops and Business Services purchases are not eligible toward earning MaxPerks merchandise credit.
