Here was a method that use to work for me, I would make large deposits into online casinos, wait a couple of days, and then request a payout. The payout was processed electronically via Neteller. Since casinos were not able to initiate a credit back to the credit cards they would issue out either a check or electronic payment. The charge would remain in your credit card which would then qualify for points. I would then pay the charge and repeat generating points.

This method allowed me to generate points quickly but like anything else, all good things come to an end and about a year and half ago, the U.S. passed a law that banned U.S. partners from accepting online casino transactions. Now online casinos have to manually cut a check and mail which takes weeks.

A recent idea that I had brewing was buying U.S. dollars from the U.S. mint (they were providing free shipping) and then depositing them into your own bank account, paying off the charge and repeat. Problem is that it would require large amount of coins and that would ultimately become a hassle.

Any other creative ways? Please post.

IMHO, future incentives will be curtail and perhaps even not offer. Like dealing with banks and home mortages, some foolish morons are clueless using credit cards and when in trouble it never their fault. So now the Feds has stepped in and will shield consumers from the evil card companies. Yes, I realize the vast majority of B$ members got their financial house in order; but you can't fix stupid.
