OM advertised 3 TT system product w/ rebates for 10.00 each. i bought 2 of them back in march 2002. called, fax, and still no reply or anything. so i went to store & talked to the F@T by&*%$tch Manager, dent-Yse (denise) in the santa fe spring, CA store. she could not do anything at all. not even call on behalf of me to check the status. she told me it is not OM fault for rebates not paid even if the OM invoice says their is a $10 rebate for the product and OM advertise it too. another guy was in line about the black fri PDC CD/DVD palyer that OM substituted for OOS Cendyne. we argue back & forth for 1/2 hours. got nothing, i just walked out.

any suggestion?

i am thinking of just disputing the $20 (i might do 30 becuase she was a BIG TIME bi%^$*tch & they wasted my valuable time) amount a OM purchase i made to 2 weeks ago. Always use your AMEX credit card becuase of their superior CS. AMEX know they have to keep the customer happy, not like OM, so customer keep charging on AMEX & AMEX make $$$ on your charges. AMEX does not make $$ when customer don't charge their CC. AMEX knows that & a AMEX CSR told me that too.

i made up my mind. i am going to do it.

F@ck OM. i am going to use the free Airborne shipping cpn everyday this week. just to screw them over. OM screwed me for 9+ months.

The coupon says one per customer, so if they see you twice ...

Also, it's not exactly free - they add on charges and you end up forking $6-$12+ or so out of your pocket.
