Each two-hour class includes free recipes, samples, and time to “talk baking” with the talented King Arthur staff – plus a chance to win some great baking-related door prizes!

Sweet & Savory Yeast Breads covers basic yeast bread recipes and techniques, from ingredients and mixing, to shaping everything from soft dinner rolls and decadent cinnamon rolls, to decorative loaves and even pizza.

In Festive Cookies & Pies, you’ll learn how to achieve the perfectly flaky pie crust, get your holiday baking done ahead of time, and even sneak some whole grains in for healthier holiday treats.
