My SIL is trying to purchase a Dimension 4600C and I'm trying to help find the best price. I'm relatively new to this, so any help/advice is greatly appreciated!

If she's not in a hurry, try to wait until somebody posts a good deal on a 4600C. Dell usually has some better deals towards the end of the month.

Another trick that just about everyone uses is to order the computer from Dell Small Business instead of from Dell Home. The "Small Business" (SB) division tends to have better deals.

Also, it's very easy to get a 10% off coupon for a Small Business order. You can sign up to receive this coupon here:

The current Dimension 4600C configuration was the cheapest with all the features you requested. This is from the Dell Small Business division. If you are in a hurry and want everything in a package, this is it. Or you could wait for a better deal or possibly buy the LCD monitor separately from another store to save more.
