I just installed the pacific digital 16x dvdrom that was on sale at OMAX couple of weeks ago. My machine recognizes the drive and it reads data cd's fine but when I put in a dvd it hangs the system. I can only guess it has something to do with the installation of the dvd software or some configuration of it. I have already removed and re-insalled the software once. Any ideas?
