To qualify for the cash-back, you must complete the cash-back certificate and include a copy of a receipt for any item purchased for $30 or more. You can only submit one cash-back request per membership. If the receipt you submit is for less than $30, your cash-back will be issued only for the amount of the receipt. Your submission may include multiple receipts equal or less than $30. Incomplete or illegible submissions will not be honored, acknowledged or returned.
