I don't know how stimulating we were...it paid for our 2008-2009 LP contract...left us with a whole $105 to spend elsewhere...if we choose to do so...

Still waiting on mine. I chose direct deposit but apparently they are sending a check this week instead.

DS and family just got theirs today...it was a check due to the way they filed their taxes...I think they're getting some new windows for the house...

I might have to use that last bit of money for a new thermostat...the other day it said it was 106 degrees in the house, today it's 13...I think all these power outages/surges have whacked it...

Invested it, now's a great time if you are a long-term investor.

I threw it into silver bullion (a couple mint rolls of Silver Eagles), which I bought well below melt value thanks to Micro$oft Live.com.

Mine went towards credit cards. If I didn't have debt I'd have put it into investments.

In the last few weeks we bought a new dryer, then a new washer. We also purchased a new HDTV and next month may start looking for a new couch. The stimulus check covered the washer/dryer, but we would have made the purchases with or without the check.

I did a weekend getaway. Nothing extravagant, but still nice.

put in a fence - which we would have done anyway, so it basically just went in the bank.

spent it before it came...paid the CC with it.

Mine was printed on July/4th!!! I am keeping it since I am a true patriot!
